This dish is served cold so you have it for lunch then you can save it and have it for dinner too!
1 15-oz. can kidney beans
1 15-oz. can pinto beans
1 15-oz. can black-eyed peas
1 10-oz. frozen package Fordhook lima beans
1 cup frozen corn
1 large red bell pepper, diced
1/2 medium onion, diced
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup low-fat Italian salad dressing
Toss all the ingredients into a bowl and mix! This dish can be served cold or at room temperature and can be stored in the fridge for several days!
