National Hotline Numbers

There are times when our lives can become so overwhelming that we just need someone to talk to and we need them now…but maybe your family isn’t able to help, your friends aren’t awake and you just don’t know who else to turn to.

Calling into a hotline is a great option for people who need someone when no one else is around or no one else can help. If you need someone right now to help you deal with a situation, check out this list…

Feel free to print it out and keep it near your bed, in your journal, or in your phone so you can have these numbers available whenever you need them.
They are national numbers and are available 24/7 so don’t worry about the time.
If you need someone now, give these people a call. They are trained and want to help you simply because they DO care.

(Also, it does not matter your age, circumstance, how much money you have, etc. These numbers are free and for ANYONE)
