What Is Coaching?

Ok so you saw the word and figured you would look into what is on this page and I’m glad that you did because this is certainly a topic that I enjoy explaining!

Coaching is all about taking your life to the next level. When you need encouragement, advice to lead the life you desire, and actionable steps that will get you actually moving instead of just hoping you could change your life.

Who Is Coaching For?

Coaching is for people who want to change their life but don’t know how. Maybe you’re a mom and you feel overwhelmed. You’ve been really wanting to start doing the things that make you happy but you’re not sure if this is the time, you don’t even know what you want to do-you just know that you want to start living life for you.

Or maybe you’re a college student who is struggling with your emotions. You constantly struggle with feelings of anxiety, anger and sadness and you are struggling to remain emotionally stable.

In both situations, I can help you

  1. Identify Your Purpose so you can find what your talents and skills are so you can use them
  2. Create and set clear goals that will help you achieve your dreams
  3. Learn to Overcome Emotional roadblocks. Such as knowing how to overcome anxiety, anger, and what to do when you are struggling with strong feelings of sadness
  4. Learn how to create boundaries that will help you find balance in your relationships, career, and personal life
  5. Improve the quality of your life by feeling like you have purpose, a strong sense of confidence, and a sense of direction in your life
  6. Know how to deal with transitions in your life in a successful way

What Does A Typical Session Look Like?

I would first send you a form where you can tell me what areas in your life that you are wanting to improve in. You can tell me how you feel about your career, personal growth, family life, finances, health, spirituality, fun and recreation, and your physical environment.

Once I look at your results, I’ll ask you some questions about what are some of the goals you would like to reach and then we’ll work together to create a plan to help you complete those goals step-by-step. Each week, we’ll talk on the phone or through skype and I will also send you regular emails during the week to hold you accountable and be sure that you are completing the work that we’ve set (as in homework, but don’t worry, the homework will always be fun though and it’s ALL about starting your life over so you’ll enjoy it!)

We’ll work together for at a minimum of 12 sessions so you can be sure to see the results you’d like to see in your life. It takes awhile for habits to form, so it’s important for us to work hard at making those habits a normal part of your life. Our sessions will be at least once a week but we can also meet for twice a week if that would suit your schedule better.

How Long Are The Sessions?

Each session is 60 minutes long

Working with me will be TONS of fun! I’m funny (or so I like to think), I’m easy to get along with, I’m professional and yet fun! If you watch my videos or read my blogs, you can probably tell that I’m not your average life coach and that’s why you would totally benefit from having me in your corner! 🙂
